§ 42-1. Economic development authority.

There is hereby created a political subdivision of the Commonwealth with such public and corporate powers as are set forth in the Industrial Development and Revenue Bond Act (Code of Virginia, § 15.2-4900 et seq.), including but not limited to all those powers set forth in Virginia Code § 15.2-4905. The name of the political subdivision created by this section shall be the Economic Development Authority of the City of Manassas, Virginia.
