Chapter 34. CEMETERIES

§ 34-4. Caretaker.

The position of cemetery caretaker is hereby established and shall be filled by the director of public works or his appointed designee. The caretaker of the cemetery shall, under rules and regulations adopted by the council, supervise and look after the maintenance and upkeep of the cemetery. He shall have general charge and supervision over all matters connected with the cemetery.
