Chapter 34. CEMETERIES

§ 34-5. Duties of treasurer.

Latest version.

It shall be the duty of the city treasurer to collect for burial spaces sold by the city and also to collect all other outstanding debts due on account of the cemetery and to keep all financial records of the cemetery.
